Suddenly its own restaurant. Started with virtually nothing more than recklessness and long before the digital world was born. Eventually evolved into a culinary concept, restaurant Negliche in Bussum (1988-2006) where many thinkers, doers, enthusiasts, otherwise normal people, well-known, very famous and completely unknown people could find their place. I am proud that it still exists under the name Soigne, awarded with a Michelin star in a form that is still recognizable to me.
